It took me some time. Maybe because I needed to get over the last one. I thought I'd never get through, but the day came, and I finally got over him.
I never saw it coming. But I started running already. I slammed my door shut. Because all I wanted before was him.
Now I'm picking up the pieces, pulling my heart back together. And you are always there for me.
I started laughing again. I find repose in a new way. With a simple thought of you, I don't feel so alone.
